About Spot It

Spot It starts with a simple question: what’s happening around you that you haven’t found yet? We’re building a crowdsourced map of hidden gems, local art, music, pop-ups and spontaneous experiences.

Our first stop is Portland. The plan is to begin with 50 curated discoveries, then invite people to add photos, videos and stories of their own. Shared spots should be easy to open in a browser—not hidden behind an app download.

We want discovery to support local culture, not overwhelm it. Respect for private spaces, clear labeling of promotions and useful local contributions are central to the map we’re building.
